Global Achievers Consultants (GAC) is a Sri Lankan business consultancy providing guidance and long-term support to help startups and established businesses grow, under the positioning 'Entrepreneurs for Success.' Its existing website was not functioning correctly when it approached EXEVE, undermining a firm whose entire proposition is helping other businesses succeed.
The problem wasn't only technical. The site's structure wasn't organised around GAC's actual services or built to guide a visitor toward an enquiry, and for a consultancy, that contradiction, a business that helps others get things right presenting itself through a site that didn't work, needed more than a fix. It needed a rebuild around what the business was actually trying to achieve.
We rebuilt GAC's website completely on WordPress, a twelve-page site covering the firm's credibility case, a full services breakdown, client success stories, a transparent process walkthrough, and clear contact pathways, with conversion architecture built through every section. Twelve months of IT support followed the launch, keeping the site secure and current throughout GAC's trading period.
