Cohort
Cohort is a Bermuda-based corporate services firm offering corporate administration, corporate management, accounting, and director and officer services, and is a Trading Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange with the capability to sponsor new listings. It came to EXEVE through BetaTech, a long-term partner, to launch its digital presence from scratch.
In corporate and financial services, the website is a credibility instrument before it's anything else. Cohort's clients are sophisticated international businesses, investment funds, and insurance companies evaluating a Bermuda partner carefully, and a site that read as anything less than authoritative and precise would work against the firm before a single conversation took place.
We built Cohort's site around the information a sophisticated offshore client actually needs to evaluate a partner: dedicated pages for corporate administration, corporate management, the firm's Bermuda Stock Exchange Trading Member status and listing sponsorship capability, accounting and administration, director and officer services, and a page on why Bermuda itself, addressing a question every international client asks. The design direction was deliberately conservative, in financial services, visual restraint is what communicates trustworthiness.
- For a firm operating in a regulated offshore jurisdiction, the website doesn't need to persuade emotionally, it needs to be credible in a precise, authoritative way, every structural and visual decision either reinforces or undermines that standing.
